Q: Having problems with downloading/saving videoclips?)

A: If using MS Internet Explorer: right-click on the link (CTRL+mouse for Mac OS) and choose "Save target as...". Then choose a folder on your PC (or Mac) where you want the clip to be saved.
Apply the same for Netscape Navigator but choose "Save as..." in the pop up menu.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

A: Click on "Join" button on index page or anywhere in the guest section. Click on "Pay by Credit Card". Click on "I want to cancel my membership".
